Wagward Supply Shipping Policy

We offer free standard shipping to the contiguous United States. Orders ship from our supplier’s U.S. warehouse.

Processing and delivery
Please allow approximately 3 business days for order processing. Our supplier lists an estimated delivery window of 5–7 days. Allow additional time for processing; these estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping restrictions
We do not currently ship internationally or to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.

Tracking
Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships and tracking becomes available.

Order issues
If your shipment is delayed, missing, damaged, or incorrect, contact support@wagwardsupply.com with your order number so we can help.

Address changes
Contact us promptly if your shipping address needs correction. Changes may not be possible once an order has been processed.
